By commissioning me, you have agreed to all of my terms and conditions.1. Clients must be 18 and above to commission me.2. Payment must be made upfront.3. I accept personal commission transactions through Artistree only.4. Prices may vary depending on the character’s complexity and additional background requests.5. I have the ability to turn down or cancel any commission that is out of my comfort zone.6. Revision can only be made 3x. Please make sure to review the artwork properly before confirming. No major changes can be made after the line work is done. However, additional charges will apply if you insist on making big changes after thorough discussions.7. I will send the finished artwork to you in PNG only.8. Commission prices stated are for Personal Use only. Any kind of monetization using the commissioned artwork will be categorised as Commercial. Additional charges will occur for commercial uses. This can range anywhere from 30% to 70% on top of the original cost.9. You must credit me if you are going to use the commissioned artwork anywhere and you must not claim the artwork as your own.10. I do not allow any of the commissioned artwork(s) to be used on any purpose associated to Artificial-Intelligence Generators and non-fungible tokens(NFT).11. I prefer to not make illustrations regarding political, religious or other controversial statements. I will not accept any request that may potentially incite controversy.12. I have the rights to post the commissioned artwork on my social media platforms or to include it in my Portfolio.13. I do not accept refunds AFTER the sketch has been shown. Unless, I issued the refund myself under special circumstances, or if I am unable to finish the commissioned artwork.14. Please do not rush me to finish the commission. Waiting time depends on the length of the queue. It may possibly take up to 6-12 weeks. Hence, I will update you at each stage of drawing, from sketch to final through Artistree. If anything comes up, I will personally inform you.15. If you want the commissioned artwork to be done on a specific day, additional charges will apply according to the time frame needed to finish the piece.16. As a Client, you must:-Bear in mind that the illustration may come out differently than the ones I have displayed as samples.-Respect my creative process. Do not try to control my art style or any other aspect of my work.-Not rush me to finish the commission. (Unless under special circumstances regarding section 15.).17. As the Artist, I will:-Do my best to keep my client up to date on the progress of my work.-Work to compromise with your request that meets the general guidelines, as well as being transparent with my communication and discussions.
